Anne Cantero has been studying legal aspects of information society since 1999. She was awarded her Ph.D. in Law with the thesis on «The unilateral documents of public authorities in the information society: what kind of dematerialization?» (succeed with summa cum laude distinction, congratulations of the jury and authorization with publication). Aix-Marseille University Press published it in December 2002. As a lawyer, she was a partner in Caprioli & Associés, law firm specialized in cybersecurity and IT law, within Paris Court of Appeal (France). She was in charge of “public and ICT law” Department. Nowadays, she works as an expert consultant in IT law (legal process outsourcing - LPO). She is an associate member of CRIDES at the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve (UCL - Belgium) since 2014. Anne Cantero was also a lecturer in Masters “Internet Law” (Pantheon Assas / Paris II, La Sorbonne / Paris I, University of Versailles Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines). She is a speaker in many colloquia and participates actively in working groups about internet law, privacy and cybersecurity.
